Vkart always strive to deliver best quality products at its customers’ doorstep. We, at Vkart, handle customer orders very carefully with best quality packing material.

When an order is placed on website, our team calls and gets a confirmation from the customer about their order. After the order is confirmed, the status of the order is updated from “In Progress” to “Confirmed”.

When Vkart dispatches customer’s order, the status is updated to “Shipped”. Once order is received by the customer, the status of the order is updated to “Delivered”. In cases, where customer is unreachable on the provided address or phone number, Vkart will try to reach customer for four business days. If the provided address is incorrect, then the delivery is marked Delivery Failed.

Customers are advised not to receive any parcel if the seal is opened or damaged. Before you pay cash upon the delivery of your order, please make sure the parcel is properly sealed. Customers are advised to call our support staff if your parcel is not appropriate.

Shipments for Lahore are delivered in 2-3 business days and for other Cities of Pakistan, we ship in 5-6 business days.
